Predicting locoregional recurrence after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer.

Through the years, there has been a reduction in the rate of locoregional recurrence due to a combination of more effective chemotherapy regimens, better surgical and radiotherapy techniques, and improved management of patients who had received prior neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
